Super food called jute seeds(Flax seeds)is also good for diabetics


 Jute seeds are known as the super food of this century. Jute seeds, the source of omega three fatty acids, are considered to be one of the healthiest seeds in the world.

Small jute is a plant grown for fruits, fiber and as an ornamental plant. The scientific name is Linum usitatissimum. Also known as Atasi or Agashi. Jute is used in the manufacture of clothing, dye, paper, medicine, fishing nets, and soap. Linen is a fabric made from jute fiber. Globally, jute


is also known as flax and linseed. Jute seeds have many health benefits. Seeds small, brown and golden. These are available in the market as seeds, powders and oils.
